Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 Ripe bananas
1 Chia eggs
1/2 cup Jaggery or Coconut sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbsp Coconut oil
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Oat milk
1 cup Almond flour
1/2 cup Quinoa flour
1/4 cup Elements Truffles Drinking Chocolate mix
1 cup gluten-free Oats
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F2. Mash the bananas in a fine purée. Add the rest of the the ingredients to it (except the flour and oats) and mix vigorously.
3. Fold the flour and the oats into the mixture.
4. Bake for about an hour.
5. Let is cool. Enjoy with with some ghee and maple syrup.
